Jackie Chan : Most Recognizable Martial Artist in the World

Jackie Chan is one of the most conspicuous stars on earth! He's had an astounding career as an
actor and stuntman in both the Chinese and Western entertainment worlds, beginning as a striving entertainer with minor parts in Bruce Lee movies, prior to breaking into the Hollywood standard with movies such as Rush Hour (1998) and Shanghai Noon(2000).

He's an incredibly gifted martial artist and fans around the globe have appreciated watching him roundhouse kicking miscreants to the floor or beating up his opponent's with some astounding kung fu moves.

But did you realize that he's also an operatically prepared vocalist with a few collections in his name?  Or that he actually despises violence in real life?!

Jackie Chan is known for performing his own daring stunts and is a skilled Martial artist, so it's nothing unexpected to discover that he's been injured throughout his profession. In any case, he appears to have broken a ton of bones during his time as an actor and stunt man– including different parts of his face! For instance, Chan has broken his nose multiple times, in addition to the two his cheekbones and even his skull. He's likewise broken his lower legs and the majority of the fingers in his grasp, because of those flying punches. He even has a permanent hole in his head from one specific trick that turned out badly! Regardless of this rundown of wounds, Chan anticipates his fellow actors and actresses to perform their own stunts on the whole of his film In an unusual inversion of the plot of You Only Live Twice (1967), Chan chose to go through plastic surgery in 1976 to re-shape his eyelids, which gave him a more 'Western' looking appearance.

The last film in which he showed up with his original looks was Shaolin Wooden Men. We don't know how vital this surgery was but rather Chan may contend that it managed job, thinking about his huge accomplishment in Hollywood. He would have been 22 years of age when he went through the procedure, and clearly wouldn't allow anything to prevent him from turning into a worldwide famous actor!

The most agonizing injury he's sustained was given to him by Bruce Lee. Chan appeared in several Bruce Lee films early on in his career, and not all of them were particularly well-remembered by the actor (despite Lee’s legendary status). In fact, Lee was responsible for one of the most painful injuries that Chan has ever sustained during his lengthy career!  Evidently the episode happened while they were recording the kung fu classic Enter The Dragon (1973).Bruce Lee accidentally hit Chan in the face with a nunchuck.

Jackie Chan's real name is Chang Kong-sang. Clearly he changed his name to something other than what's expected when he started acting in the West – yet where did 'Jackie' come from? He really got the name from his fellow workers from a building site in Canberra, Australia when they couldn't pronounce his actual name. His parents had moved there to work at the American Embassy and Jackie lived with them for some time as a struggling actor.

In 2016 Jackie Chan was awarded with Oscar, he said that was the moment he decided he wanted one. "After 56 years in the film industry, making more than 200 films, after so many bones, finally," While holding his Oscar.

He severely dislikes violence in real life. This may appear to be an abnormal one for one of the greatest kung fu stars on the planet, however, in reality, Chan despises brutality, in spite of his phenomenal fighting skills.
